Previously home to iconic production studio Fast Ashley’s, The Annex is an intimate but versatile 2800 square foot meetings and events space.

The Annex can host up to 75 guests and comprises a 1350 square foot Main Hall perfect for larger events and a smaller 600 square foot Lounge with an open pantry ideal for more intimate dinners, cocktails, or meetings.

We are conveniently located in prime Williamsburg, Brooklyn, approximately 15 minutes from Manhattan, with excellent transport links, and surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and hotels.
